Vacationing with my daughter
I went to Maryland to visit my oldest daughter Lori. We had a wonderful time together. Did a lot of shopping that I don’t usually do here, there are so many stores to go to where she is.
Visited Amish area and went to my favorite shopping outlet store QVC.
I stayed at here place a week then we took the train in to New York City. Stayed at the Metropolitan Club on sixth avenue. Had a room on fifth floor corner room over looking the park. Beautiful room, I felt like royalty. It was the president suite. huge room. We went to Ground 0, the We visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Had dinner across the street from the Majestic Theatre and saw the Broadway show The Phantom Of The Opera. I just loved the show it was wonderful. We took the train the next morning to Boston and leased a car to drive to Maine to my place.
Next day we drove to Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada to visit a friend for the day, it’s only about 1 1/2 from my place in Eastport, Maine. I can look across the Bay and see Campabello Island, New Brunswick, Canada.
All and all we spent 14 days together and it was really nice to spend that time with my beautiful girl again.
